Pros
Education opportunities are cool. You can tell your ideas, thoughts to management although they don't make positive effect every time, but at least you can tell them.
Cons
It takes many years to have the manager position since existing ones penetrated to their positions deeply. And after 4-5 years, your salary starts to increase very slowly. It's difficult to motivate yourself. Still a conservative bank in many ways despite the banking sector in the world which is fastly changing.
