Pros

The management team at my location were very helpful, courteous and flexible with my time commitments. The local team also was very responsive to my long-term career goals.

Cons

The constant need to be a salesperson and get people to open all sorts of accounts was annoying, but that will most likely be in most bank teller positions. Career growth was basically stagnant when trying to reach above the banking center.

Pros

Immediate manager and co workers are great depending which location you work for

Cons

Upper management is constantly changing things and don't appreciate hard working and loyal employees. Would rather higher outside then promote within. A big disadvantage of that is internal promotions and raises are minimal so you see a lot of new hires with no experience or knowledge of the company getting a higher compensation. Will promote someone at the very bottom tier of pay grade and will hire outside person at the very highest tier of pay grade
