      Coworkers for most part

      So many to pick from, bottom line so called local CEO is a toothless gator with a title and no authority. Micro manager. Had I known of 3x RM turnover in as many years I would NEVER have moved. Salary not worth low moral and hating to come to work.

      Pros

      I got a chance to learn new skills. The people are friendly. They hold special events to celebrate employees.

      Cons

      The pay needs to be better. 1% to 1 1/2 % raises are terrible. They also need to hire more people. Also layoffs are frequent sometimes.
