      Pros

      one of the best reasons of working at BBVA was the climate en co workers that were always willing to help and collaborate with any pending task. the managers also gave me the oportunity to express and work with my own ideas and points of view

      Cons

      the salary and compensation basis could have been a little better. also, the communication between different areas were difficult at times, in a matter of taking big and important decisions.

      Due to very competitive banking environment in Turkey, Emplooyees have to push themselves as much as they can do to maintain and improve performance. Therefore, It brings about long overtime and extra work days at office.
