      There was a chance to move up if you put in the work and the environment, while competitive, was friendly.

      Cons

      Sometimes unrealistic goals were set and as I was leaving bonuses were starting to be reduced significantly

      Perfect conditions. Perfect technology and working area. Best brand image. Proffesional managers and good directioning. Really motivating work place with all staff.

      I got management experiences about a team and team work. Daily report experiences and target managing. Customer satisfaction and coorperation.

      Pros

      Love the structure, everyone from the top down are very helpful and friendly. They give you the tools to succeed, products are great so makes for easy pitching sales. Does come with a quarterly compensation depending on sales, customer service, etc.

      Cons

      Doing teller work can be tedious. Can make it difficult to concentrate on sales goals and follow ups.
