      Pros

      Flexible hours, good pay and incentives, promote from inside with lots of chance for advancement

      Cons

      As a teller, I was expected to sell many products to customers. Very high sales goals which were never met by any of the staff, and we were constantly reprimanded for it.

      Pros

      The management in the branches and their teams are very consistent, well guided and customer focused. For entry level employees, there is room for advancement. Pay has improved over the years but remains average. The technology has greatly improved and is finally up to today's standards.

      Cons

      The main drawback is the middle and upper management system doesn't have a clear direction. The branch staffing model is rapidly changing with positions being eliminated, created, and eliminated again, all while the district management makes no effort to retain these affect employees

      Pros

      Pay & benefits are good. Plenty of PTO and holidays. Able to work without a lot of supervision. Pretty liberal about working from home.

      Cons

      The company needs to do more to culitvate younger talent. In a short time 5 to 10 year time frame there will be a lack of knowledgeable advisors. Compensation is a struggle because they are always trying to get a little more from the advisors.
