      Pros

      Flexible schedule that is comfortable and is beneficial to gain experience. Very friendly atmosphere and enjoyed management

      Cons

      I found no cons. The only thing that may need to be worked on is the training that is given to begin job.

      Could be great, but entire upper management is in disarray, and makes changes before thinking of consequences.

      Pros

      Competitive pay for a retail bank; they host an annual all expense trip for top performers; standard benefits (401k, etc)

      Cons

      The company has been restructuring job roles, policies, procedures, and management...the problem is, they made all of these changes and had absolutely nothing figured out as to how the changes were going to be implemented. They are adopting the Wells Fargo/Chase model...sales of units matters more than long term relationship and volume of sales. Absolutely the worst technology I have ever seen...(we use Windows 98 to operate, all systems are antiquated and segmented, back office support is nonexistent)
