Pros

Great work environment, working for just around 9-10 hours no long job sessions such as other banks of around 15 hours per day

Cons

It is not a typical Investment Bank, it is more a global bank focus on other areas rather than IB

Cons

Not well known in the US, only have locations in the US sunbelt region, software could be better, lots of changes to products and services, was in an area to do a lot of lending on agriculture land, but was not able to.
