Role required 90% travel which could bring about feelings of isolation at times; lack of a solid training program meant we had to learn things on the fly and rely on others for answers.

Haven’t been paid on time, not paid on pay date, delayed payment, direct deposit outages. This company has put me in financial hardship. My manager is not about growing at BD and dismisses me when wanting to talk about opportunity for growth. She stated in my last performance review that they weren’t hiring basically stating that they don’t promote. This is a manager that was a Sr PM for 23 years and has no people management experience. She does not lead our team and I am I'm in a role where I am too advanced and she has no desire to help me grow because she doesn’t understand corporate America, policies and procedures, rules and regulations. I was told by my manager that you are not able to request a new computer until it does and then you will get a refurbished one. I had to send her the policy that BD allows you to upgrade after 3 years. My manager has put me in a role where I am over capacity and does not praise me on anything but strives to praise the rest of the team.
