Pros

The only pro is the people that work on the manufacturing floor, they will have your back no matter what happens. Shifts are very tightly nit and its one for all all for one type of environment down in the trenches.

Cons

People are regularly getting mistreated and intimidated at work. If anyone dares to exercise their right to raise awareness of their practices via grievance process, that person will be obliterated! The associates are getting railroaded through the legislative loopholes of the BD policies. HR is absolutely partial to side in with the Management. Disciplinary investigations were being conducted when standard human errors were made during workhours. Mental health was never being considered during Covid, people were asked to work from site to create "office optics", although their work didn't require them to be present on site.

Higher management toxic. High workload, stressful timelines Have to be at their beck and call. Even when I am presenting in a meeting with Teams status clearly showing “presenting “, they will call and expect you to drop everything to pick the call. Says I am not doing my job when I delegate to my team to respond to their requests.

Paid holidays. Shift differential. Engineers are catered to.

Cons

Salaried people expected to work while on vacation. Hard to take vacation time. Management’s treatment of employees is repulsive. Glass ceilings for women. Women paid less, expected to work harder and more hours. No respect for same sex marriages. Racism among upper management.
