      Pros

      Good on site food, health clubs, running/walking paths; beautiful campus. Amazing art and architecture - a truly impressive corporate headquarters. Company is respectful of its employees and tries to maintain a decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Heirarchical and old fashioned in outlook. Cubes are very nice to look at, but difficult to work in. For example, on the phone, you speak directly into the face of the person sitting across from you. No privacy in cube-land at all. Yuck.

      Best benefits you could hope for. Never realized how great the health insurance was until I had to change it.

      Pros

      There was a great work life balance, and some of the best all around benefits available. They even reimbursed my parking as part of my tuition package, 100%.

      Cons

      Averaged at least one layoff every other year. Back to back to back layoffs 2009, 2010,2011. Really makes you start to wonder what management is doing.
