      Good products, many talented people, good innovation

      Cons

      Many layers, no empowerment, lots of rounds of unnecessary reviews. Micromanagement. Leadership conduct extremely detailed reviews, delays progress, makes decisions with other departments without involving the project owner, and blames the bottom layer when bad things happen.

      - Interesting work, you'll interact with a lot of different people. - At the end of the day, your job does make a difference. - You will wear a lot of hats.

      Cons

      - Laughable pay raises. You won't keep up with inflation. - Everything is being outsourced, and none of them can do the basics of their job. - Hard workers will be passed up for people who pretend to work. Failing upwards is a constant trend.
