      Pros

      Flexible work from home. Customers are better than management. .

      Cons

      Micro managed. District manager has risen to his level of incompetence. Toxic level of favoritism within the team. Certain FES’s get away with criticizing but if certain others say the same thing they are called out. Utterly demoralizing. Customers are the saving grace. Recruited an old co-worker and he got hired then quite 2 years later for the toxic environment.

      Good benefits, lots of room for growth and career advancement.

      Cons

      Same cons as most corporate jobs. Truly depends on who you work for. Have worked in multiple business segments of BD, one in particular presented to be vary misogynistic, bend-the-knee type of culture. Return to office mandate seems unnecessary with 4 days in office when a lot of work has to be done and collaborated with teams from other regions.
