BD spend almost 7% (subject to correction) of revenue on Innovation Work culture is extremely awesome! people help each other to be great BD TCI Contribution to global teams is key highlight BD TCI has laboratories to test and qualify product BD has good learning/training system put in place, SOPs are strictly followed here Best choice for early and mid-level professionals

Pros

- super friendly team members always there to help - great trainings plan: I have already seen products in use and nearly all of the other departments - hands on mentality right from the start - getting the right equipment is super unbureaucratic and fast

Cons

- a lot of different portals need to be used (it's not too bad though)
