      Was great until COVID hit.

      Pros

      There was a genuinely impressive company culture at HQ until COVID hit, then everything changed. There are some amazing people to work with. The actual CEO is an amazing person but he's not around enough to realize how things have gone sideways.

      Cons

      - US Group leadership is closed off and cold. - Unwillingness to modernize or trust employees when it comes to remote work, etc. - Inappropriate comments made by staff (my boss told me to stop breastfeeding... like in general bc it was inconvenient to her). - No people of color, or women, in leadership. - Favoritism runs rampant among all departments -- these employees have unique opportunities that others do not.

      Decent uplift pay. Interesting and challenging projects.

      Cons

      Borders the line with ethics when is comes to the local work force. Long hours. Rigid hours. Not people or growth focused.

      Pros

      You definitely feel a part of the team from day one. It is obvious that senior managers trust you as an individual employee, and you are able to reciprocate that trust.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, but this one comes close! Just like any job, there are good days and bad, but a great attitude and work ethic are a must here.
