      Great products but lack of integrity and employee care

      Great products with access to use them for most staff Quite good pay compared to other similar companies (Powersports) Autonomous role

      Cons

      Very corporate and filled with 'Yes man' management who won't challenge the status quo, even if they don't agree with it. Lack of opportunity for local employees (overseas offices are very different). Would have loved to stay with BRP but they could not offer me career progression, despite my many efforts and meetings about it.

      They recognize that people are people and make efforts to be accommodating when life happens.

      Cons

      Struggling recreational market has a lot of people afraid for their jobs. Layoffs are a huge concern. There is some chaos between the departments when it comes to supporting each other. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.
