-Entry level roles -Decent salary range for LATAM -Big picture wise good laboral enviroment

Cons

-Under constant changes structure wise -Leading position rotating to much -Desktime use but not taken into consideration -"Regular" feedback is enough to terminate contract

Focal points and Human Resource people are nice.

Cons

A little bit of bureaucracy to get your monthly payment. After two years working with them with very good feedback from the client they couldn’t keep me in the pool for more than one month. There are no benefits, so even if the salary is competitive you have to think in a lot of other things like health insurance, there’s no Christmas bonus or things like that, so think twice on the salary before taking an offer from them.
