Good company, they offer great benefits and pay in dollars

Cons

They only offer contractor like contracts so when you get laid off you are left with nothing but the experience you got. The work load is usually high and is not always compensated in the salary.

Good transparency If your are from México, you receive an international wire transfer so you can declaro I.V.A tax 0%. That’s awesome. Sometimes, depending on the job they give you a Mac Book Pro They don’t track your time with automatic random screenshots, so the trust goes both ways.

Cons

There’s a Middleman and salary max cap because of that.
