Outside of Baker Tilly Search & Staffing, Baker Tilly was a fantastic organization. Great culture, benefits, and people.

Cons

Baker Tilly Search & Staffing reminds me a lot of the Cleveland Browns football team. There is so much potential every year, but it's so dysfunctional that the organization is seemingly imploding on itself. Please proceed with caution, and do your due diligence by talking to current and former employees before accepting an offer.
