Pros

Surrounded by mostly smart, driven coworkers. Interesting and challenging projects for a variety of great clients. It's a great move for a young professional who wants to learn a lot and network with great people.

Cons

Countless 80+ hour weeks, but that wasn't really a downside for me. I knew what I was signing up for so I was ok with it. The biggest thing that bugged me was how they pushed for us (consultants) to sell more work to clients, on top of the long hours a lot of us were already working, without additional compensation. If I'm going to be traveling every week, billing 65-80 hours a week, and trying to sell on top of that, I'd expect an some type of additional compensation.
