Very little work/life balance, poor leadership where bullying behavior is supported and promoted. Frat house culture where many questionable things occur that could/should get the company in legal trouble.

You will be overworked and learn nothing. I agree with other reviewers, specifically that there is still, many years later, an atmosphere of a cluster of small firms. I had the pleasure of working with 2 people my entire time with the firm. One, a young manager who was not very helpful and used the title as a way to come across as superior, when in fact they did not know much of anything. The other, a senior manager, who is known for being the worst person to work with. Somehow this senior manager "manages" the larger/"best" clients. There is an extreme lack of talent so the people with actual talent are being over-worked and over-utilized while others are working no more than 40 hours.
