Pros

Benefits are okay, paid time off is great if you are allowed to use it

Cons

Poor communication, if someone doesn't want to take the blame for messing up they will blame it on the new person, new procedures every day

Pros

Exposure to a wide variety of work. Given complex audit areas early on your career.

Cons

Long hours due to consistently being under staffed on engagements and not given proper tie to wrap up engagements. You will get a pat on the back for working hard but do not expect to be compensated for your extra time. Very hard to move within the company if you decide audit or tax isn't for you.

Pros

Growing company. Focused on traditional tax and audit. Advisory practice is interesting with different service lines. Depending on the team, project type, the work can be challenging and fun.

Cons

High turnover, but it seems it is common in peer companies. Unclear strategy that seems to always shift (moving target) Technology tools can be improved (time sheets, billing, interanet)
