Pros

Baker Tilly is a fantastic firm; I can't praise it enough honestly. They truly are top tier and have fantastic managing principals and directors to work with. I was sad when I was leaving but after hearing a 2 admins and my former supervisor talk about me and another employee on a teams call, I was glad I made my decision to leave. Those individuals are a part of the ARC within BT and don't represent that firm at all. I understood that me leaving would cause them to actually step up in their roles. I hear that they haven't, and I left in November.

Cons

Everything ARC related, organization, communication, leadership and more but I won't write a paragraph. Those 3 things overall need a ton of work. Toxic employees and management.

I was not treated terribly. Good culture

Cons

Too much focus on budgets. They will lie to you how budgets dont factor into performance reviews but they did. Allowed an individual to continue working there that received multiple complaints
