Flexibility was great in the office. I felt like in general I had the freedom to come and go.

Cons

Boss was a total jerk, I would absolutely never recommend a single person work under that man.

The company taken good care of the employees, CEO is nice, great benefits, employees have summer hours on Friday and this is generous benefits.

Cons

Manager is very micro management, set expectation too high, very complex and cumbersome processes system. Does not allow for suggestion to streamline and improve processes.
