I'm this company you can work on your analytical, selling, negotiating and prioritizing skills. Excellent working environment. Good learning curve.

Cons

Stressful at times. Every now and then, long hours. Lower salary and compensation than competitors. After a certain time it may feel repetitive.

They are doing well, and have a lot of ambitious projects to modernize the bank

Cons

They are very political, it is specially interesing that when a head falls, all the people who were brought to Banorte by the person being fired, are also let go. It is the closest to Mexican governement operations I have seen in a private company
