Stable place to work in and good work environment. It is the biggest local bank in Mexico. Mortgage benefits for employees are great.

Cons

Not great pay and difícult to get promotions. It is not exactly the fairest place when it comes to bonuses.

Very good place to learn and get experience, it has a good salary and compensations. If you come from Banorte, you are very attractive to other institutions.

Cons

There's a lot of administrative work and not a lot of analysis or sales as they say there is. Your time goes by managing problems inside the office and not solving problems for clients.
