Huge oportunity to bond with company Directors seeking ways to male their buisness larger. Learning a lot of diferent sectors and diferent ways to give corporate credits and manage corporate accounts.

Cons

The working hours are too long and there is very little career oportunities.

Great friendly people to work with. Nice workplace depending on where you actually work.

Cons

Lack of direction is a common isssue. Upper management uninterested in the actual issues of the company. Recurrent massive lay-offs many times a year, having everyone afraid of losing their jobs every single time. Opportunitites may come if you are very sociable with upper management, but wont be noticed by your own effort, even if you work 12 hours a day, which you may be required to if you want to "move on".
