Pros

The Management knows where they area going, well set plan and goals. Open to innovation and leadership and gives opportunity of training. Great Work/Life Balance and Culture and Values.

Cons

Salaries are not too good and is hard to get increases. Bonuses and work benefits compensate it. Rare promotion room and a lot of seniors running the business.
