You will decide your own future here, there are always opportunities if you work hard enough for them, they like promoting from within. Company values and attitudes vary across the different areas. Salary and benefits are comparable to other local banks.

Cons

The hours can be as long as you wish, there's always something to do. Although you have sufficient vacation days you can't always expect to have time to take them every year.
