      Pros

      Safe and clean environment helps community, good benefits, good salary. Convient and easy commute on bus and easy convenient access on and off freeway.

      Cons

      Favoritism from management to their friends. Friends get job not because of skills but because they know manager. Promotions are based on who you know not what you know.

      Pros

      Its really hard to find one, My only Pro is its a job.

      Cons

      You are under paid and over worked. Your expected to get to work Half an hour to an hour before you start getting paid, to which you can not claim over time then you are expected to not request over time for the first 20 mins after your hours. Try to discise selling with 'Helping Customers'. You are repeatedly told we are a business and expected to have a percentage of helping customers each day/week/month. You are expected to be self sufficient with reduced staff and more work. When mamagement makes an error or has a go they can say they are tired. When you are an EB and you do the same and you are informed your behaviours arent inline with thwur standards. You will be told progression is often and fair, not true.

      I am really disappointed to read your experience of working with us. This is an uncomfortable read. I am not sure which of our branches you worked at but it is clear you did not have a good opinion of the management team there. This is not the culture across our branch network however it can come down to poor management and bad relationships. I hope you are now progressing your career in an environment that is delivering a positive experience for you.

      Great respect for women, excellent salary on investment bank, great perks at work, especially the gym (Manhattan)

      Cons

      Directors and Managing Directors assume God complexes, have difficulty with the idea that those that report to them may have silos of information greater. Yet, MDs take credit for the work that they don't do...There was plenty of backstabbing going around.
