      Pros

      Everything depends on a project. If you're on a good project, there are smart people to work with and learn from, good code and interesting technologies used. There are a lot of opportunities to learn business (on the job and training). Good work-life balance, flexible working hours and good salary. Technical training are also provided. Opportunity to change project after one year. Relaxed office environment.

      Cons

      Approving new technologies is hard, approving almost anything is hard. If you're on a bad project the code can be a disaster. Promotion process is quite unclear and often changing. Not many opportunities to travel to different locations.

      Pros

      Couldn't ask for a better scenario - a resonant brand, huge consumer and business customer base, and more money than God.

      Cons

      The head of the snake was a nightmare. She made every decision, no matter how minute. She changed her mind without new information (and often had no reasoning before) and wondered why things weren't done the new way originally. She sowed fear throughout the organization, causing the weakest to in-fight. It was nasty.

      Pros

      Excellent bonuses, great benefits (blue cross blue shield), A lot of vacation and personal time. Company trips and banquets. Heavily involved in different charities. Can win very nice prizes and vacations (flat screens, camcorders, iPads, gift cards etc...)

      Cons

      Hard to move up in the company unless u get in good with higher management. Seem to only get promoted quickly if you are a white male. They write you up for every little thing (write ups=no bonus for that month). A lot of office gossip
