Cons
Barclays has an unhealthy, destructive culture with high turnover and poor management. Coworkers are constantly stressed and unhappy and feel significantly undervalued. Although Barclays is trying to move past recent negative headlines, its stated values are not effectively implemented, and miscommunication with and misvaluation of human capital continue to be extremely problematic at all levels.
