      - Easy work, lots of free time, lots of networking opportunities and events. - Flexible working (depending on manager) - Fantastic for starting out in your career

      Cons

      - About 10 years behind in technology - Management are fairly incompetent - manager could be working in a different region and hardly talk to you, has no idea what you do, and doesn't care - Lack of progression and learning opportunities - HR are fairly useless

      If you are looking for tech heavy company then Barclays is not the one. Including new technology in project is at very slow pace.
