      Pros

      For a part time agent, very good work/life balance, although 12 hours shift were maddening. Many oppportunities to switch full time and move to other departments.

      Cons

      Worst ethics ever seen, colleagues and mentors lying in reports to be able to steal bonus % from other more honest agents.

      Reputable organisation, where senior management appear to be making an effort at making this a good place to work

      Cons

      No Career progression. New joiners start on much higher salaries than those who have been doing the job well for several years. No development opportunities

      i was sacked for being honest

      i really loved the training as we were trained by real professionals in very diffrent and unique way.

      Cons

      i was punished for a mistake done by customer..and got sacked. they misplaces my pf refunding forms which deposited after 2 months of resignation. and till now i havnt got it..its been 4 years now,
