      Poor leadership/management in senior levels leading to low morale, confusion, and work quality of direct reports.

      - decent work/life balance - not too stressful work environment - good comraderie amongst co-workers

      Cons

      - leadership lacking amongst senior managers - very little to non-existent transparency on promotion/career development - poor compensation structure particularly in bonus payouts - no dynamic in workplace - system infrastructure still very poor - too many projects that seemingly lose traction after roll out

      Decent team. Reasonably flexible. Lots of work.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations with respect to deliverables. Business disengaged. No respect for quality criteria other than time to market. Non technical management seem to do well rather than technical people.
