      Its a decent place to start your career. Do not stay here for more than 2 years.

      Pros

      Good pay. Flexible office hours. 22 days of paid vacation and 10 days of sick leave. If you meet the expectations, the managers are really nice to you.

      Cons

      Absolutely no training provided to fresh grad students. Employees worry about money more than their work. Too much of politics for power. Everyone in the department knows about our compensation and bonus.

      Nice enough people for a big corporate, was a good team feel until the axe came, and communication from management was ok compare to other places

      Cons

      Lack of job growth and opportunities. Lack of salary reviews - only 1 a year. Pretty bad project delivery due to disparate IT departments
