      Pros

      An organisation full of talented people, who respect and appreciates one another for who they are. One of the least political places to work in within the financial sector.

      Cons

      Some interesting choice of hires for senior management. They are very strong leaders in place, but some choices are far from desirable.

      Pros

      opportunities to get lots of responsibilities and exposure to clients (I was meeting with company managements and large hedge fund clients with 2 months I joined)

      the management teams are exceptionally talented and knowledgeable industry analyst that do not have enough time to manage and lead as managers rather than industry experts

      recent sakary increase has made comp comparable to the street. No worry about financial problems of firm. they are one of the survivors.

      Cons

      too much bureaucracy. senior management out of touch with the work being performed. politics are horrible. it effects promotions and bonus.
