Pros
Besides a handful of really nice co-workers from other departments, there's really nothing much to look back on. But they weren't good enough reason to keep me staying on.
Cons
Culture does not seem to promote efficiency. People work for the sake of clocking the hours such that they are deem as hardworking and really serious about their job. Lack of fairness in the appraisal systems which totally fails to motivate one to see the purpose behind working hard if you are not the favored ones. On a fair note, this is entirely department specific and does not represent the company in general.
