      Regular shoulder and neck massages Ok work from home / office balance

      Please note, these CONs are coming from an environment where I had free-roam to innovate, using bleed-edge technologies, moving to a bank. Very slow to progress post-it note meetings (where meeting updates are physical post-it note style kanban boards) Agile - in IT. Even Agile themselves has said IT shouldn't be in use with IT, but we're being forced to use it. It doesnt work. Really old tech (some servers are still running 2k3) Too much red tape

      Competitive pay, benefits schemes, fabulous location. Employability - if you can do it here, you can do it anywhere!

      Cons

      “Job for life” mentality means lots of people who’ve been in the same role for a long time and are more resistant to change than most. Excessive governance and regulation makes delivering work at pace almost impossible.
