Pros

Good pay, vac/sick days & benefits

Cons

Micro management. Lower level employees have very hard time getting pay increases. Most people wouldn't complain about OT but it's mandatory, nonstop. Very little appreciation for low levels. Upper management won't listen to employees who actually do the work. Wouldn't recommend anymore.

Pros

Baxter cares about the quality of the products they manufacture. Good compensation with excellent health and dental benefits. There are personal growth opportunities available to those who qualify.

Cons

Your work experience depends on the manager you work for and their leadership style; some of the managers use old style techniques, some just pretend to be leaders, and some are true leaders. There is a lot of favoritism for promotions. It doesn't always depend on your hard work.
