Can quickly move up the ladder from entry level position because staff frequently leave.

Cons

Awful work/life balance Management has no regard for employees Revolving door for most staff HR department is less of a resource for help and more attentive to water cooler gossip Benefits get stripped more each and every year

Good pay, great benefits. Can work all the overtime you can stand.

Cons

Want you to work all the time. some times 7 days a week, for weeks at a time. Run everything by policy when it goes against you, but when you need something it's the opposite. A theme of nepotism runs through the entire Marion Plant.
