Mixed-messaging from leadership, growing pains after acquisitions, poor approach to assimilating acquired companies (culture clashes), some fear regarding layoffs post acquisition, high turnover.
Irvine has poor leadership, and it continues to get worse the past few years. Small plant with no advancement. Employees are not paid enough. You can be there 3 years and not receive a raise.

Horrible leadership, not wanting to promote within always making a excuse and when u did promote you will have to wait more than 120 days before you can move to new position.
