      I have got a great team to work with, my colleagues are very supportive and be there for me whenever i had any queries. Baxter work culture is so great and HR team is so supportive and answerable for our queries. Overall a great company to work with and get a wonderful experience

      Pros

      Rewarding as you will be be creating things to help people. You will work with good people who share this belief.

      Cons

      Lots of overhead due to many projects you work on being FDA regulated. Takes away from actual software engineering. If you want to write lots of code and do lots of architecture/design, probably look elsewhere. This is more for the casual dev.
