      Leadership childish skills is ruining the company. There is no clear long term working management vision, things are going just because of inertia not because of the upper leadership.

      Overall there is low stress and very little overtime required. There are a few good managers, and if you are lucky enough to work for one, then it's not a bad place.

      Poor strategic decisions by management. A lack of interesting technical work, since most work is now outsourced. Employees are not valued, so overall morale is poor.
