Most shift workers are very nice, will teach and help you out if you have good intentions. Work ends on time (no OT)

Cons

Some of the engineers/bosses are unprofessional From personal experience, people say one thing and do another, your work will get taken without credit, bosses are discouraging and negative and pit workers against each other
