      Most of the people were great.

      Cons

      Salary, forced to work overtime, tried to schedule my team for 84 hours one week, we are salary not hourly. Will abuse your rights if you let them. Upper management is clueless. Unobtainable deadlines.

      not all management is trained in all procedures/isotrain, so it's difficult for them to understand what we actually have to do
