      Pros

      You have access to a lot of resources. You are able to move laterally and diagonally if you get bored with your job. Options to buy stock. Matching 401(k).

      Cons

      They'll tell you the honor work/family balance but what that actually means is that you need to balance your work before your family. Management does not care about investing in you. The way you move up is by "surviving." Meaning, if you can outlast those who eventually get fed up with the place, you'll be in management. It leaves you feeling quite jaded.

      The company is in a great industry. It continues to grow, and has avoided major problems that have been a problem for others in the industry.

      Cons

      Management needs to spend more time listening to employees. Surveys that ask self serving questions do not accurately reflect what is really going on.
