Decent pay for the area, potentially more in neighboring cities. Low cost of living in Marion. Stock option and 401K available. Yearly bonus based on site's performance.

Cons

Very little to do in Marion itself. People who have been here years have a "this is how things are done, just do it this way". Push against any type of culture change and improvements Overload workers with responsibilities as opposed to hiring more resources
