      Cons

      Must improve process and procedures as well as technology to support efficency to work smarter not harder. Decision making is not swift and efficient.

      Pros

      Salary and conditions are good. Work / life balance depends on the area you work. Maybe in past years could have been a good place to work.

      Cons

      Fast structural changes in the company leading into a chaotic processes and environment. The practice standards go in line with that aim as a consequence. Good salary implies to compensate for that in terms of time at work.

      New refreshing direction from new senior executive team Constant Communication from CEO and Exec. Team Focus on quality, and safety 401K match 3.5% Decent compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunities at the plant level Plant management/SLT is a hit or miss depending on the plant Many activities/initiatives, and less results - EMS, QQ, Risk, GQP etc.
