Cons

Recent shortages of just about every product that is manufactured by Baxter, combined with steep price increases and diminished customer service.

Baxter Mississauga HQ -Great Work-life balance -Very friendly, respectful & positive co-workers -Very supportive and engaging (you don't get ignored) -Lots of potential for growth -Great learning experience for first time interns

- Training/Orientation needs improvement. There is not much training documents and procedures for the tasks - Not many projects for transferrable learning skills - Low Pay
